The Strengthening Families Program is a fun and interactive 7-session curriculum provided by Iowa State University Extension. For families with a 5th grade child.
Designed to address critical issues facing children and their families, some topics included are:
• Peer Pressure
• Problem-solving
• Tools for families to grow stronger
• Positive family communication
Each 2 ½ hour session begins with a free meal, and includes door prizes and free child care for younger siblings. A final Grand Prize drawing will take place on the last night for an overnight get-a-way to Kings Pointe for the whole family!
